Agents read 40 messages just to answer one
When a ticket bounces between channels for a week, the next agent has to scroll through every reply to figure out what's going on. CSAT drops, handle time spikes, and customers repeat themselves.
Live AI summaries, intent detection, recurring-issue tracking per customer, and a one-click pause when AI shouldn't reply yet. Agents skip the scrollback. Managers see what's trending. The bot stays out of the way when it needs to.

Topic and disposition data is somewhere in the schema — but managers don't get a weekly digest of recurring issues per customer or org-wide spikes.
When a customer is angry, in legal escalation, or mid-handoff to a specialist, an AI auto-reply makes it worse. Most platforms have no per-conversation off switch.
The signals that should drive routing — "this is a refund request", "this is a churn risk" — sit in expensive add-ons.
Every conversation gets a one-paragraph summary, sentiment trajectory, and key facts. Cached optimistically — agents see it instantly with a "cached Xm ago" badge and a one-click refresh.
When the same person opens three tickets about shipping in a week, the customer panel shows it. No more treating returning frustration as a fresh inquiry.
Org-wide view of which topics are spiking, which intents (refund / churn / billing) are growing, and what to staff for next week.
One click in the conversation header pauses AI auto-reply on that thread. Works across SMS, WhatsApp, email, and chat. Resume restores normal behaviour with a system event in the log.
Every new conversation gets an intent label as soon as the first customer message lands — used for routing, analytics, and the report builder.
New messages flag the cached summary as stale. Agents see the freshness badge and can regenerate on demand without ever seeing wrong-but-fast data.

In the right-hand Context panel of any conversation, under AI Insights. Click Run Analysis if not yet generated, or see the cached version with a freshness timestamp and one-click refresh.
If the same customer contact has 3 or more related conversations within 7 days, the system flags it as a recurring issue on the customer panel. Agents skip the pattern-detection step and go straight to resolution.
When enabled, the AI will not send any automated replies on that conversation. Agents work the thread manually. The AI still reads incoming messages for summary and intent updates — it just does not reply. Toggle off to re-enable AI replies.
It can. If your automations use intent as a routing condition (e.g., intent is refund request → assign to billing team), the intent label detected on the first message is the value those automations act on.
Generated after each new message but cached. The inbox shows a cached timestamp badge. If the conversation has been active since the last cache update, click refresh to get a current summary — agents never see stale data unknowingly.
You can disable AI auto-replies per queue in Queue Settings. AI Insights (summaries, intent, recurring issues) are always generated regardless — they do not consume extra AI credits and do not block agent workflows.
Open any conversation — the live summary, intent label, and recurring issue badges are already there. Try the AI Pause toggle in the header.
