Common Challenges

Publishing to multiple sites means logging into each CMS

If you run two WordPress sites, a company blog, and a client site, publishing one post means four separate logins, four uploads, four formatting checks, four publish clicks. Every time.

Content tools don't talk to each other

You draft in Google Docs, edit in Notion, paste into WordPress, and manually reformat. By the time the post is live, 30 minutes have passed and formatting is broken.

Most CMS platforms have no AI content generation

WordPress, Ghost, and similar platforms were built before AI content generation existed. Getting AI drafting into your publishing workflow requires a separate tool with a separate subscription.

Teams can't review content before it hits WordPress

Without an internal draft/review step, content goes from writer to live with no approval gate. AItocha keeps posts in draft until explicitly published.

Features

AI blog drafting

Enter a topic and audience. AI generates a complete blog post — headline, introduction, section headers, body copy, and conclusion — in seconds. Edit inline before publishing.

Publish Targets

Connect any WordPress site as a Publish Target using WordPress Application Passwords. No plugin required, no hosting changes, setup takes under 2 minutes.

Multi-site push in one click

Select which Publish Targets to send a post to, click Publish. AItocha pushes to all selected sites simultaneously via their REST APIs.

SEO metadata editing

Set the SEO title, meta description, and canonical URL before publishing. All metadata is passed to WordPress correctly — no plugin needed.

Draft/Publish workflow

Posts stay as drafts until explicitly published. Managers can review, edit, and approve before any content goes live to connected sites.

Post history

See every post, its status, which sites it was published to, and when. One place to manage your entire content distribution history.

Frequently Asked Questions

What CMS platforms are supported as Publish Targets?

WordPress (self-hosted or WordPress.com Business+) via Application Passwords is supported now. Additional CMS platforms (Ghost, Webflow, custom REST endpoints) are on the roadmap.

Do I need to install a plugin on WordPress?

No. AItocha uses WordPress's built-in Application Passwords feature, available in WordPress 5.6 and above. No plugin installation required — just create an Application Password in your WordPress user profile.

Can I publish to multiple WordPress sites at once?

Yes. Add as many Publish Targets as you need. When publishing a post, select which targets to push to. AItocha publishes to all selected sites in parallel.

How does AI drafting work?

Click "Generate with AI" when creating a post. Enter a topic, target audience, and optional keywords. AI generates a complete post with title, subheadings, and full body copy. Every part is editable before publishing.

Can I edit a post in WordPress after publishing from AItocha?

Yes. Once published, the post is a normal WordPress post. You can edit it directly in WordPress. Changes in WordPress will not sync back to AItocha.

Is there a limit on posts or Publish Targets?

No limits on posts or connected Publish Targets on any paid AItocha plan.
