Most visitors leave without ever opening the chat widget
The average live chat engagement rate is 2–3%. That means 97% of visitors who might have bought from you leave in silence. Proactive engagement flips that ratio.
Don't wait for visitors to click your chat bubble. AItocha watches for high-intent signals — time on page, scroll depth, exit intent, specific URLs — and automatically opens a targeted chat at exactly the right moment.

Someone spending 3 minutes on your pricing page reading the feature comparison is very different from someone who just landed from Google. They need different messages at different times.
When a visitor moves their cursor to close the tab, you have a 5-second window to save the session. Without proactive rules, that window closes undetected every single time.
Most platforms require JSON configuration, webhook setup, or a developer to build a multi-step bot sequence. AItocha Chat Flows are built in a visual editor — no code.
Trigger chat messages based on time on page, scroll percentage, exit intent, URL pattern, or any combination. Set a cooldown so the same visitor is never triggered twice.
Build a scripted conversation sequence that asks questions, presents options, and captures lead data automatically — all without a human agent in the loop.
Fire different messages on different pages. Visitors on the pricing page get a "Need help choosing a plan?" prompt. Visitors on the demo page get a booking flow.
Use an Engagement Rule as the trigger to launch a Chat Flow. Targeting precision (who, when, where) paired with conversational depth (what happens next).
Every rule has a configurable cooldown period. If a visitor triggered the rule 24 hours ago, it won't fire again. Visitors are nudged, never spammed.
See which rules fire most often, which flows collect the most leads, and which pages have the highest proactive engagement rates.

Time on page (configurable delay in seconds), scroll depth (percentage), exit intent (cursor moves to close tab), and URL pattern matching. Rules can stack multiple conditions with AND logic.
An Engagement Rule is the trigger: it detects a behaviour and fires a single message or opens a flow. A Chat Flow is the conversation sequence that follows — multiple steps, questions, and decision branches that capture data and guide the visitor.
Every Engagement Rule has a cooldown period in hours (default 24h). If the rule already triggered for that visitor in the cooldown window, it will not fire again.
Yes. Set a URL pattern in the rule — exact match or wildcard (e.g. /pricing or /features/*). The rule only fires when a visitor is on a matching page.
Both. A proactive message can be a static scripted message, a Chat Flow (multi-step scripted sequence), or it can hand off to the AI bot after the initial trigger for autonomous follow-up.
Yes. Scroll depth and time-on-page rules fire on mobile browsers. Exit intent (cursor movement) is desktop-only since mobile doesn't have a cursor.
